What is the first-time offer?
15% off your first clean, or 25% off your first clean when you sign up for biweekly service. Text CLEAN to 928-493-8128 to claim it.
Do you offer senior or veteran discounts?
Yes. Seniors and veterans get 10% off; just mention it when you text or request a quote.
How often can you come?
Weekly, biweekly or monthly, plus one-time deep and move-out cleans.
How does pricing work?
Custom pricing for every home, not a cookie-cutter rate. Starting prices are on the Services page, and your price is confirmed after a quick call or walkthrough.
What products do you use?
Non-toxic, eco-friendly products that I bring, safe for pets and kids. If you prefer a specific product, I'm happy to use one you provide. Please mention allergies or sensitive surfaces like natural stone.
What about pets?
Pets are welcome. Tell me about them before the first visit, and please secure any that are anxious or might slip out while doors are open.
Do I need to be home? How do keys work?
No. You can leave a key, lockbox or door or garage code. Keys are labeled with a code, never your name or address, and codes are kept private. I'll lock up and set the alarm as you instruct.
What if I can't get in at the scheduled time?
If I can't get in after waiting 15 minutes and trying to reach you, the visit counts as a lockout and a lockout fee applies.
How do I pay?
Payment is due on the day of service by Zelle, Venmo or card.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice are charged a late-cancellation fee.
What if something was missed?
Tell me within 24 hours and I'll come back to re-clean that area at no charge.
Do you clean large homes?
Homes over 2,000 sq ft get a custom quote after a quick walkthrough.
